WHO WE ARE

 

Magici Sapori cookery school was born six years ago on the occasion of a dinner among keen gourmets.

Our philosophy is simple like Tuscan gastronomic tradition, that we intend to spread.

We are interested in worldwide cookery, as we are guided by the principle that behind each recipe there is always the history of a people, but our principal study field is the culture of Tuscan and Florentine cuisine.

We love teaching our students ancient recipes having a modern approach to them, but at the same time taking care of their substance, and we always tell the history of each recipe and the anecdotes on the origin of each dish.

But we do not fail to give our students a scientific support, as we are convinced that in the kitchen the first rule is the knowledge of chemistry and physics of food, and then we can give free play to our imagination and creativity.

Professional chefs and simply lovers come from all over the world to have a “full immersion” into our cuisine, in a modern and comfortable place, under the guidance of skilled chefs.
