The Italian cuisine is known all over the world and the Tuscan and Florentine cuisine are undoubtedly of the first rank.

Our recipes, that are made by very few and simple ingredients, are present in the menu of every restaurant, even if with different names or with ingredients that are completely outside the original recipes. But actually when you say "lasagne" or "ravioli", "spaghetti", "maccheroni", "arista", "pizza"...you always think just of Italy!

By looking up our recipes in internet, we realize that for the most part they have nothing to do with our real gastronomic culture.

That is why Magici Sapori intend to spread the real Italian and Tuscan gastronomic traditions, starting from the original recipes through the choice of the basic ingredients to the right techniques, without omitting the history and the origins of each of them.

Parmesan cheese, mozzarella, extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar from Modena... are just a part of the ingredients that help in the success of our recipes, but the most important ingredient is the love of our traditions!
